| 摘 要： | 对数字时代下的几种版权授权方式，即合理使用与许可使用、授权要约模式、版权补偿金制度、交叉许可模式、集体管理制度等进行比较分析，认为集公共信息传播者、版权作品使用者、版权作品创作者三大利益角色于一身的图书馆，为适应版权作品尤其是数字作品的海量授权需要适用的授权方式，进而指出集体管理制度是图书馆版权授权模式中的核心制度。

| Abstract: | This paper makes a comparative research on the ways of the copyright authorization acquirement under the digital environment, which refers to the fair use and permission use in the legal sense, authorized important contract patterns, the copyright compensatory payment system, cross permission patterns and the collective management as well. Then it also discusses the authorized ways suitable for library users, which act as public information distributors, copyright users and owners, to meet the need of the copyright management of intellectual works. Finally, the author points out that the collective management system is the key factor in libraries' copyright authorization. |
