| Abstract: | On the basis of a thorough analysis, this paper describes Beijing University Library Consortium as a loose library consortium in terms of its cooperation experience, current development status and the benefits obtained by every participant so far. Aiming at soving such problems as the backward ways for loan cards management, complicated retrieving process, inconvenience for book loaning and the budget shortage for consortia development, the paper puts forward several concrete strategies for a healthy development of Beijing University Library Consortium. |
