加拿大高校图书馆“阅读障碍症”群体服务研究

摘    要:阅读障碍症群体是一种隐性的残疾群体,高校图书馆有责任帮助这一群体平等地获取信息与服务。加拿大高校图书馆在阅读障碍症群体服务的理论与实践方面都具有一定的代表性,从管理章程的制定、服务依据的确定、部门合作的推广、特殊资源与辅助技术的提供、专业服务人员的配备、反馈信息的收集6个角度综合分析曼尼托巴大学、卡尔顿大学、布鲁克大学、滑铁卢大学4所高校图书馆阅读障碍症群体服务的实践情况,对加拿大高校图书馆阅读障碍症群体服务做出归纳总结:遵守规范和依据、重视合作和延伸、提供资源与技术、配备多方人员、重视回馈和修正。

Abstract:Dyslexia groups is an invisible disability groups, university libraries have a responsibility to help them equal access to information and services. Canadian university library has a representative in the theory and practice of dyslexia groups services. By analyzing the services provided to dyslexia groups by Manitoba University Library, Carleton University Library, Brock University library, Waterloo University Library from the following perspective of formulating management regulations, confirming serves basis, promoting department cooperation, providing special resources and technology, providing professional service providers, collecting feedback information, concluded the following characteristics of services for dyslexia groups in Canadian university libraries: observing norms and compliance with rules, valuing cooperation and extending services area,, providing resources and technology, arranging services providers, and collecting and correcting feedback information.
