| 摘 要： | 总结日本、新加坡、中国香港地区和中国台湾地区的阅读障碍症群体服务现状，即形成了由政府、学校、社会公益机构组成的服务体系，并在阅读障碍症的资源开发、辅导技巧等方面取得进展。认为我国大陆的阅读障碍症群体服务应注重5个方面：普及阅读障碍知识，提高公众意识；以政府支持作保障，提供资金、教育和制度支持；成立阅读障碍症协会，引导阅读障碍症服务的发展；开展多方协作，形成阅读障碍症服务网络；启动图书馆的服务，建设信息无障碍环境。

| Abstract: | The services to dyslexia groups in Japan, Singapore, Hongkong, and China Taiwan had formed a system by the government to school and public institutions, and the practice in the development of dyslexia resource and teaching skills is quite well. Services to dyslexia group in mainland China should focus on five aspects: raising public awareness by popularizing the knowledge of dyslexia; offering finance, education and system guarantee by the government; establishing dyslexia association to guide the development of the services to dyslexia; cooperating with other institutions; providing services to dyslexia groups, make them access to information free by libraries. |
