| 摘 要： | 以2004-2013年CNKI中国期刊全文数据库为数据源,采用聚类分析和社会网络分析方法对我国公共图书馆形象研究进行可视化的分析述评.结果发现:近10年来公共图书馆形象主要围绕图书馆员、读者、图书馆服务和管理、图书馆形象塑造、图书馆文化、图书馆品牌建设、公共关系等展开,同时随着技术及社会环境的变化,不断出现新的研究主题.未来公共图书馆形象研究可重点关注以下方面:将读者的声音纳入到公共图书馆形象研究中,加强公共图书馆形象评价研究,更多地采用定量研究方法及混合研究方法.

| Abstract: | Based on the literatures of CNKI full-text journal database (ranging from 2004 to 2013), this paper analyzed and reviewed the study of the public library image by using cluster analysis and social network analysis. The results showed that in the past decade the study of public library image mainly centered on librarians, readers, library service and management, library image building, library cultural, library brand building and public relations, at the same time, new study topics constantly emerged along with the changing of technology and social environment. The future research of public library image can focus on bringing the readers' sound into the research of public library image, strengthening the evaluation study of public library image, using quantitative research methods and mixed research methods more often. |
