| 摘 要： | 技术竞争情报是关于技术决策的信息服务，包含与科学、技术、技能相关的内容与信息。支撑技术竞争情报服务的相关理论有开放创新理论、知识管理理论和竞争优势理论。技术竞争情报服务很好地解决了开放创新模式的机构内部知识和外部知识的结合问题，充当了沟通机构内部创新系统和外部创新要素相结合的桥梁。知识管理的要素在技术竞争情报服务中得到了最大体现。竞争优势理论让技术竞争情报服务更加关注竞争优势形成的相关技术要素。最后构建一个包括理论层、要素层、目标层、任务层和服务层的技术竞争情报服务理论框架。

| Abstract: | The competitive technical intelligence (CTI) provides the services for the technology-related decisions, including the information and contents related to science and technology and technical skill. The innovation and management theories related to CTI include the open innovation theory and knowledge management theory and competitive advantage theory. The CTI could provide the suitable solutions for the integration of inner and outer knowledge, as the bridge of inner innovation factors and outer innovation factors of innovation system. The factors of knowledge management have embodied in the CTI services. And the competitive advantage theory make the CTI put more intentions on the related technological factors which could form the competitiveness. There is a CTI theoretical frame that includes the theory level, factors level, target level, task level, and service level. |
