摘    要:将网络信息生态系统的自我调整能力分为自我净化能力和自我修复能力两部分,其中自我净化能力包括内部净化和外部净化,自我修复能力包括信息内容修复和信息结构修复。以信息过滤和图像视频内容识别技术为核心构建自我净化的自动甄别实现机制;以用户信息选择偏好为核心构建环境净化实现机制。以网络信息组织和传播方式为核心构建信息内容修复实现机制和信息结构修复实现机制。

Abstract:The self-adjustment ability of the network information ecosystem consists of the self-purification ability and the self-recovery ability. The self-purification ability includes internal purification and external purification, and the self-recovery ability includes information content recovery and information structure recovery. The automatic screening implementation mechanism of the self-purification is constructed with the current information filtering technology, image and video content recognition technology as the core. The environment purification mechanism is constructed based on user information preferences of users as the core. Based on the network information organization and information transmission mode as the core, the mechanism of information content recovery mechanism and information structure recovery mechanism are also constructed.
