| 摘 要： | 在分析大数据的特点及数字图书馆之建设成绩的基础上，指出大数据时代国际环境、科学研究、创新主体、用户需求、新技术等方面的变化对数字图书馆的资源组织、信息服务、成本管理带来的挑战，并就推动我国数字图书馆建设，实现大数据管理实践提出战略性建议：改进资源选择、整合与保存方式；发展新型数字知识服务；完善财政投入机制；规避知识产权风险。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of big data and the performance of digital library, this paper points out the challenges of resources organization, information services and cost management to the digital library in which the changes of international environment, scientific research, innovation subject, user demand and new technology bring in the big data age. Then it puts forward strategic advices on promoting the construction of digital library, to make big data management come true in our country, which includes improving the way of resources selection, integration and conservation, developing new digital knowledge services perfecting the mechanism of financial input and avoiding the risk of intellectual property. |
