| 摘 要： | 知识管理与危机管理有着内在的统一性，表现为：知识特性内含危机管理的条件，知识和知识管理缺口导致危机，知识管理可以改善危机管理的水平，同样，危机管理业可丰富知识管理的内涵。因此，知识管理是企业发展的必然选择，而危机管理是企业存续的基本保障。

| Abstract: | Knowledge management and crisis management has an inherent unity:the characteristics of knowledge has the conditions of crisis management,knowledge and knowledge management gaps lead to a crisis,knowledge management can improve the level of crisis management,the same token,the crisis management has enriched the connotation of knowledge management. Therefore,knowledge management is an inevitable choice for enterprise development,crisis management is the basic guarantee of enterprises' survival. |
