| 摘 要： | 通过对国内外图书馆数字参考服务的开展时间、服务方式、服务对象与内容、服务保障、服务标准建立以及开展服务的图书馆数量等几个方面进行比较，指出当前我国DRS在发展中存在的问题，如开展时间上滞后，服务方式单一且不够普及， 服务对象和内容受限，缺乏服务保障等。在此基础上提出以下解决问题的对策：拓展CDRS，为DRS提供技术支撑，强化DRS 的服务管理。

| Abstract: | By comparing service modes and objects, service supports and standards as well as the quantity and launching time of DRS libraries at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the current problems existing in the development of DRS in China. Then some countermeasures are put forward in order to provide better technical support and to manage DRS in China properly. |
