| 摘 要： | 紧密结合技术竞争情报的特点，以产品技术为例，阐述在产品技术链的发展流程中如何根据技术信息的阶段性特点，跟踪特定的信息源，开展技术竞争情报的数据搜集工作;进而介绍几种在技术竞争情报工作中相对专用的分析方法以及对技术竞争情报分析有借鉴意义的竞争情报分析方法中的新思想，以为企业科学开展技术竞争情报工作提供理论指导。

| Abstract: | Combined with the characteristics of competitive technical intelligence (CTI) and taking product technology as an instance, this paper first discusses how to track the certain information sources and collect data on CTI based on the periodic features of the product technology chain. Then it introduces several CTI analysis methods and some new concepts of competitive intelligence study that can give enlightenment to CTI analysis. This paper just discusses data collecting and analyzing methods of CTI in a common sense, so as to provide theoretical direction for enterprises to develop CTI scientifically. |
