| Abstract: | After summarizing the research on the subject invisible Web, this paper points out that invisible Web indicates the out -of - control of Web information resources, and fundamentally is one of the problems of Internet information organization & management. Internet information resources need being controlled crucially. Besides the technical solutions, based on universal cooperation, the Control Project of Universal Internet Information Resources is an effective way to tackle non - technical problems and deal with those difficulties similar to invisible Web in the area of Internet information management. This paper describes the Control Project and its roles. |
