| 摘 要： | 以中国加入WTO和国家出版体制改革为社会背景,以国外图书馆学情报学期刊发展趋势为参照系,以我国图书馆学情报学期刊发展现状为出发点,以业内同行对图书馆学情报学期刊发展的代表性看法为直接参考,从发展目标、发展原则和发展机制等方面初步构架我国图书馆学情报学期刊今后5-10年的发展战略,以期引起国家有关部门的重视和业内同行的共同探讨。

| Abstract: | After China entered the WTO, some reforms have been made in the publishing field in order to reach the inter national standard. Based on a comprehensive investigation into the current situation of Chinese library and information science journals, the international development trends and lots of typical opinions from various professionals, this report tries to sketch an outline for the 5-10 years development strategies for Chinese library and information science journals on the topics such as goals, principles and mechanisms , etc. The aim of this paper is to arouse attention of the authorities concerned and evoke a heated discussion within the profession. |
