| 摘 要： | 图书馆公共服务精神是实现图书馆资源公共、公开、共享的服务精神。高校图书馆面向社会服务需要塑造全新的公共服务精神,包括确立大服务理念、明确双重职能定位、增强协同服务意识及创新服务营销观念。高校图书馆可以通过提升深层次服务能力、组建多元化服务团队、打造开放式服务模式、拓展公共服务空间、健全公共服务体系等举措以体现公共服务精神,发挥更大的社会价值。

| Abstract: | The public service spirit of libraries is to achieve public, open and sharing of library resources. University library services for the society need to shape the new public service spirit, including establishing great service concept, clearly positioning dual functions, enhancing collaborative service consciousness and innovating service marketing tactics. They should enhance the ability of deep-going services, build diversified service team, develop open-service mode, extend the public service space and improve the public service system, in order to achieve public service spirit and play a greater social value. |
