| 摘 要： | 在知识社会，知识资源已成为竞争性的资源。作为知识资源供应链上的一个重要节点，图书馆正面临着激烈的竞争与挑战。如何提高图书馆知识资源的竞争力，即提高知识资源对读者的吸引力与有效配置力，成为现阶段图书馆生存和发展的主要途径。本文从战略管理的角度出发，运用竞争力理论，从图书馆知识资源的吸引力及有效配置力两个方面分析了图书馆的知识资源竞争力，并建立了具体的指标体系，结合SWOT分析法，分析出图书馆目前环境下所存在的问题，提出了相应采取的策略。

| Abstract: | The knowledge resources have become competitive resources in the knowledge society. The library which is an important point on knowledge resources supply chain is facing fierce competitions and challenges. How to enhance the library knowledge resources’ competitiveness, which enhances the knowledge resources’ attraction to readers and the effective distribution ability, becomes the main way for library to survival and develop at present stage. The article which embarks upon the view of the strategic management and utilizes competitiveness theory, has analyzed the library knowledge resources competitiveness from the view of the library knowledge resources attraction and the effective distribution ability, and has established the concrete target system. It unifies the SWOT analytical method, analyzes questions which the library is facing at present and proposes correspondingly adoptable strategy. |
