| Abstract: | By analyzing the reasons why low use literature cooperation repositories development is so slow, this paper provides the
establishment of distributed repositories from the fact in our country. Also on the basis of expatiating operational mechanisms and
characteristics of distributed repositories, it introduces the development trends that cooperation repositories will be a storage network in
the network environment, and also describes the level division of storage network operation.
