| 摘 要： | 阐述清华大学图书馆开发基于Web的代检代查服务系统的背景。详细描述该系统的用户模块所具有的用户在Web环境下提交检索申请、查看申请处理状况、获取结果，提出咨询问题、获得回复以及查看账目等功能；认为该系统的应用虽大大提高了代检代查服务的质量和效率，但也存在几个有待解决的问题。

| Abstract: | Instead of e-mail service, Tsinghua University Library developed a Web-based information service system. The paper expatiates on the functions of user module and manager module of this system in detail. In this system, users can submit requisitions, obtain results, consult questions, see replies and examine their accounts on Web page, librarians can carry out the management of users, requisitions and statistical lists conveniently. In addition, the paper points out that the quality and efficiency of information retrieval service has been improved rapidly With this system. |
