| 摘 要： | 为了进一步量化研究图书馆学与图书馆事业互动发展要素流动的关系,文章建立了以图书馆事业发展水平指数为产出要素,以图书馆资本投入、图书馆专业人才投入、非图书馆专业人才投入、图书馆专业技术投入、非图书馆专业技术投入五种变量为投入要素的图书馆事业发展函数模型,并选取2001-2014年的数据,定量测算图书馆学对图书馆事业发展的贡献率。结果表明:图书馆学与图书馆事业发展虽具有很强的关联性,但在长期互动发展中并不具有稳定性和因果关系;图书馆学对图书馆事业发展的贡献率为16.94%,其中专业人才的贡献率仅为0.35%,专业技术贡献率为16.59%;资本和技术是推动图书馆事业发展的主要因素,人才是制约图书馆事业发展的瓶颈。

| Abstract: | In order to make a further quantitative research on the relationship between library science and the flow of interactive development factors of library cause,the paper establishes a function model of the development of library cause with the index of library development level as the output factor and five variables as the input factors:library capital input,library professional personnel input,non-library professional personnel input,library professional technology input and non-library professional technology input.Meanwhile,the paper selects the data from 2001 to 2014 to quantitatively calculate the contribution rate of library science to the development of library cause.The result indicates that although there is a strong correlation between library science and the development of library cause,it does not have a stable and causal relationship in the long-term interactive development;the contribution rate of library science to library cause development is 16.94%,among which the professional personnel is only 0.35%and professional technology is 16.59%;Capital and technology are the main factors to promote the development of library cause,while talents are the bottleneck restricting its development. |
