| 摘 要： | 文章从我国专业志愿服务的发展现状入手,阐明我国专业志愿服务的政策内涵及特征,指出我国专业志愿服务现仍处于初级阶段,还未对其实践形式形成共识。通过对我国公共图书馆开展的具有专业志愿服务性质的创新实践的梳理,提出我国公共图书馆需从理念变革、服务转型、机制创新等方面引入并深化专业志愿服务。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the development status of professional volunteer service in China,clarifies its policy connotation and characteristics,and points out that the professional volunteer service in China is still in its primary stage,and there is no consensus on its practical form.Then,by sorting out the innovative practice of professional voluntary service of public libraries in China,the paper puts forward that public libraries of China should introduce and deepen professional voluntary service from the aspects of concept reform,service transformation,mechanism innovation. |
