| 摘 要： | 战略合作协议是平等法律主体之间签订的重要意向性、框架性协议。虽战略合作协议不属于法律规定的典型合同范畴,但与典型合同相比,其对企业经营发展蕴含着更大的价值。但企业档案管理中往往存在对战略合作协议档案的管理意识不足,未将其作为专门档案进行管理,以及侧重分散管理等问题。鉴于此,本文提出应将战略合作协议档案作为专门类别的档案进行管理,优先选择集中管理模式,并重视对战略合作协议签署过程中可能产生的声像档案同步收集归档。

| Abstract: | The strategic cooperation agreement is an important intentional and framework agreement signed between equal legal subjects.Although the strategic cooperation agreement is not a typical contract category stipulated by law,it has greater value for the development of the business than the typical contract.However,in the business archives management,there is often a lack of management awareness of the strategic cooperation agreement archives,which is not managed as a special category,and focuses on decentralized management.In view of that,this paper proposes that the strategic cooperation agreement archives should be managed as a special category,giving priority to the centralized management model,and attaching importance to the simultaneous collection and archiving of audio-visual archives that may be generated during the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement. |
