摘    要:目的:说明档案数字资源协同服务实现机制的重要性,优化档案数字资源协同服务实现机制。方法:运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等对档案数字资源协同服务实现机制进行了分析。结果:当前,档案数字资源协同服务机制的实现还存在诸多亟待解决的问题,分别是档案资源整合的难度较大、档案馆之间缺少沟通协作、档案管理制度有其匮乏以及档案管理人员专业性不足。结论:档案数字资源协同服务机制的优化策略势在必行,应做好档案资源整合的顶层设计、明确档案馆各共建主体的职能、健全档案数字资源的规章制度、提高档案管理人员的专业水平。

Abstract:Objective:To explain the importance of the implementation mechanism of archive digital resource collaborative service and optimize the implementation mechanism of archive digital resource collaborative service.Methods:Using literature data method and logic analysis method,the mechanism of archival digital resource collaborative service realization was analyzed.Results:At present,there are still many problems to be solved in the realization of the collaborative mechanism of archived digital resources.The difficulty of integrating archival resources is difficult,the lack of communication and cooperation between archives,the lack of file management systems,and the professionalism of archive management personnel.insufficient.Conclusion:It is imperative to optimize the collaborative strategy mechanism of archival digital resources.It should do the top-level design of archival resource integration,clarify the functions of the main body of the archives,improve the rules and regulations of the archives digital resources,and improve the professionalism of archives management personnel.Level.
