| 摘 要： | 信息资源管理体制决定了信息资源的开发利用状况。本文系统归纳了美国公共信息资源管理的立法机构、政府机构、社会机构和监控机构的状况，指出不同主体在公共信息资源管理中的职责定位及相互关系，进而分析了其多元管理体制的特色。
