| 摘 要： | 本文从影响用户接受和使用政府门户网站的因素出发,认为感知有用性和感知易用性是影响用户接受和使用政府门户网站的决定性因素,认为要达到满足用户需求的目的,政府门户网站的建设必须遵循感知有用性和感知易用性的原则。最后,从功能定位方面探讨了网站的不足,并提出了相关建议。

| Abstract: | The article thinks that PU and PEU are the determination factors which influence the acceptance of Government Portal Webset,and explores influence of PU and PEU of Government Portal Webset on need of user.On the article's view,the construction of Government Portal Webset must follow PU and PEU in order to meet the need of user.The article explores the fault of Government Portal Webset from function localization,and put foreword correlated proposal. |
