| 摘 要： | 在动态复杂环境下，企业CTI战略的开展有利于提高自身的技术持续竞争优势。文章首先提出企业CTI战略的定义和管理架构，随后分别对CTI战略的规划制定、实施和控制三个环节进行了详细的探讨。文章涉及到CTI战略规划分析及模式、CTI战略模式选择、CTI战略工具以及CTI战略评估。
