| 摘 要： | 近年来，我国出版高等教育在迅速发展的同时，与业界的期望和要求反而日益疏远，专业教育的改革已是迫在眉睫。针对这一现实，本文首先明确了新时期出版教育的目标与原则，强调出版教育人才培养目标的确定要正确处理“专与博”、“掌握知识与发展能力”的关系，指出教育发展“规模适度、优化结构、保证质量、追求效益”的战略原则。其次，在宏观层面提出出版教育的改革思路，即：明确学科定位、整合学科体系，人才培养层次清晰、目标明确，课程设置规范化、科学化。最后，以微观视角对出版教育的改革从合作办学、课程体系、培养方案三个方面提出了具体的构想。

| Abstract: | Because of the deviation from the publishing industry's anticipation and requirements,a reformation of higher education of editing & publishing science in China has become a pressing need in the recent years.Based on the fact,this article firstly established the goals and principles of publishing education.It emphasized taking order well with the relations between professional and encyclopedical,mastery of knowledge and development of ability when setting down the goals of nurture for talented person.Then it indicated the principle of education development: suit the dimensions,optimize the structure,ensure the quality,and aspire after the benefit.Secondly,it tabled the macroscopical proposals of publishing education reformation:ensure the subject status,consummate the subject system;ensure the goals and hierarchy of nurture for talented person in the publishing education.Finally,it microcosmically brought forward the concrete designs for the publishing education on three layers: the cooperation on running schools,the course system and the nurture scheme. |
