| 摘 要： | 国家政治、经济体制改革和信息化进程给档案领域带来了诸多新情况、新问题。面对档案管理对象和环境的变化，档案工作机构和人员应该进行积极有效的适应性、开拓性、战略性调整，通过拓展职能、扩大服务和改变工作模式造就档案职业的生机和活力，通过政策、制度、法规和体制创新形成档案工作的新机制。

| Abstract: | State political, economic system reform and informationization process have brought about a number of new situations and new problems. Faced with changes of the object and environments, the archives institution and staff should make proactive adjustments in applicability, enterprising and strategy, bring up vigor and energy for archives occupation by enlarging function, extend service and transform working modes, form new archives mechanism by innovation in policy, system, law and constitution. |
