| 摘 要： | 政府信息资源是社会的公共资产,属于社会公共产品和服务的一部分。它们除了供政府部门使用以外,社会的其他成员都有权获取和使用。但是,政府信息资源再利用过程中面临着许多尴尬问题,为此,本文针对这些问题,提出了一些对策,以推动我国的政府信息资源的再利用。
