| 摘 要： | 《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》历经数年的反复修改、论证后终于出台。该行政法规在知情权、公开原则、信息发布、救济制度等多方面为电子政务信息资源的共享提供了法制保障。本文通过《条例》与相应《专家建议稿》的比较研究,分析了《条例》对电子政务信息资源共享的积极作用。

| Abstract: | Regulation of the People's Republic of China on Open Government Information comes into being after years of repeatly revision.It provides the E-government with legal systematic guarantee as to the Right to Know,Principles of Openess,Remedies on Disputes and so on.Based on the comparative analysis,this article probes into the positive role the Regulations plays in information resources sharing. |
