| 摘 要： | 在全面了解用户非正式信息行为的基础上,以中国科学院国家科学图书馆所服务的研究生为调查对象,采用问卷调查和访谈调查的方法,定量研究与定性研究相结合,引入"型人"的概念,建立四类虚构人物,并且针对六种新型服务提出二十四项建议.研究表明,创建与使用具有行为特征的型人,对于图书馆服务和数字图书馆系统设计具有重要意义.
