| 摘 要： | 综合科技信息是关于科研活动主体、科学研究领域、科研过程、科研条件、科研成果、科研消息和新闻等贯穿科研过程、与科研活动有关的一切事物的信息,它强调科研活动中科技信息的多样性和复杂性.综合科技信息组织是按一定的方法和技术体系.对科研过程中涉及的科研事物进行数字化表征和有序组织,是利用先进的信息技术对综合科技信息进行集成组织与揭示,是图书馆从文献信息服务迈向知识化个性化服务的前提和基础.按照综合科技信息系统建设的目标、机制和技术体系,提出综合科技信息系统概念框架.图1.参考文献7.
