| Abstract: | While contemporary libraries are developing from stable mechanisms to dynamic mechanisms, development and innovation determine the ability and quality of the survival of libraries in future environments. Therefore, development management is becoming one of the core tasks of modern library management. Libraries should actively plan and organize development strategic management, innovation management ( including service innovation, technological innovation and mechanism innovation) and sustainable innovation ability management. 9 fig. 10 rets. |
