| 摘 要： | On the grouds of statistics,China has seen an increase of towns from 92 in 1978 to 276 in 1979.among themthose of countylevet towns were 262 in number and they were tending to develop.Thus.to set up a number ofcounty—level municipal libraries is a urgent matter at present.The county—level municipal libraries is differentfrom the municipal library and also is not the same as the county library.The paper discusses features.tasks andthe law of development of the county—level municipal libraries.
