| Abstract: | The Global Information Infrastructure is now beginning to replace the National Information Infrastructure.The information infastructure is composed of hardwares,softwares,supllementary installations and personnel resources as well as data,information and knowledge.The systematic strategy and planning are necessary while creating the Global Information Infrastructure.Only by overcoming one obstacle after another can it be perfected and put into effect. |
