| 摘 要： | 图书馆科学管理的原则主要有系统原则、人本原则和效益原则。实行系统原则,应掌握其整体性、层次性、动态性及开发性特征;实行人本原则,包括在图书馆内部和外部两方面坚持人本思想的管理;实行效益原则,则要注意社会效益,争取经济效益。参考文献3。
