| 摘 要： | 网络环境下,用户利用信息的第一选择是网络免费资源,自助服务是用户利用信息的主流。面向用户需求的信息素质教育内容应当创新,包括开展网络免费资源利用教育和优化图书馆资源的教育方案,以及规范信息行为的教育。信息素质教育不局限于文检课教师等少数人的工作,与全馆其他服务密切相关。参考文献6。
