| 摘 要： | 建国以后,中国图书馆职业从来没有缺少过核心价值观,但是那些核心价值观的确定过程,是一个自上面下的确立过程和图书馆职业对行政指令的被动接受过程.而始于2007年的中国图书馆核心价值的研究,具有了鲜明的自主性.在此基础上形成的<图书馆服务宣言>表述的不再是一个不得不接受的政治任务,而是我们职业整体的理想宣示,也是所有从业者在工作中共同努力的方向.作为承载中国图书馆人核心价值观的<宣言>的问世,恰逢最好的历史时期.参考文献18.

| Abstract: | Since the foundation of the People's Republic in 1949,Chinese library profession has always had it core values,but they were formed from the top administrative departments,and library professionals had to accept them passively.The studies of core Chinese library values since 2007 has its new independent features,and Library Service Manifesto formed on their basis is no longer a political task, but a manifestation of the ideal of the whole profession.The Manifesto carries the core values of Chinese librarians in the best historical period if the profession.18 refs. |
