| 摘 要： | 在对我国出版物呈缴制度产生、发展、变化的过程进行梳理的基础上，通过翔实的数据说明该制度对于中国国家图书馆履行国家总书库职能，对于保存典籍、传承中华文明的重要性。指出国家图书馆应积极推动并参与呈缴制度的逐步完善，促进其向法制化方向发展，使其与国家总书库的建设相得益彰。图1。参考文献15。

| Abstract: | Based on the development of China's legal deposit system,the paper illustrates the importance of this system by detailed data.It has very important influence on the construction of the national repository,the preservation of books,and the heritage of civilization.It is further pointed out that National Library of China should promote the system to be progressively perfect,legal and complement with the construction of the national repository.1 fig.15 refs. |
