| 摘 要： | 图书馆联盟是资源共享的有效形式.本文从管理模式、经费来源、共享内容、共享形式、共享评价以及法律保障六个方面对国外图书馆资源共享现状进行分析,归纳出三个特点:联盟规模扩大化,资源共享多样化,联盟管理科学化.对国内图书馆开展资源共享活动有四点启示:加强图书馆资源共享的法律保障,拓宽联盟经费渠道,重视联盟战略规划,加强图书馆联盟绩效评估.

| Abstract: | Library consortium is an effective form of information resources sharing. This paper analyzes the current situation of foreign library information resources sharing from six aspects: management model, sources of fund, contents of sharing, form of sharing, evaluation of sharing, and legal protection. It sums up in three characters: expanding consortium scale, diverse information sharing, and scientific consortium management. And it enlightens domestic information resources sharing on four aspects: strengthening the law protection of library resources sharing, broadening the consortium funds channels, paying attention to consortium strategy planning, and strengthening the library consortium performance evaluation. 2tabs. 67refs. |
