| 摘 要： | “十一五”时期是我国公共图书馆发展的重要时期，业界和学界围绕公共图书馆服务的理论和实践展开诸多讨论。本文从四个方面回顾“十一五”时期公共图书馆的发展成果：(1)服务理念的研究和践行；(2)服务体系的建立和创新；(3)新技术在图书馆服务中的应用；(4)公共图书馆法规、标准的制定和实施。
