| 摘 要： | 教育部“九五·211”公共服务体系的重要建设项目“中国高等教育文献保障体系（CALIS）”于“十五”期间与“中英文图书数字化国际合作计划（CADAL）”一起合并为“中国高等教育数字化图书馆（CADLIS）”，经过“十五”、“十一五”的建设，取得了丰硕成果，成为中国数字图书馆建设的重要标志之一。项目在教育部的支持下，完成了题为《国家重大信息化工程建设规划（2011-2015）高等教育数字图书馆项目建设规划概要》的“十二五”规划，展示了高等教育数字图书馆发展的新图景。参考文献10。
