Developing tools for monitoring the correlations among thousands of financial data streams in an online fashion can be interesting and useful work. We aimed to find highly correlative financial data streams in local patterns. A novel distance metric function slope duration distance （SDD） is proposed, which is compatible with the characteristics of actual financial data streams. Moreover, a model monitoring correlations among local patterns （MCALP） is presented, which dramatically decreases the computational cost using an algorithm quickly online segmenting and pruning （QONSP） with O（1） time cost at each time tick t, and our proposed new grid structure. Experimental results showed that MCALP provides an improvement of several orders of magnitude in performance relative to traditional naive linear scan techniques and maintains high precision. In order to share multimedia transmissions in mesh networks and optimize the utilization of network resources, this paper presents a Two-stage Evolutionary Algorithm （TEA）, i.e., unicast routing evolution and multicast path composition, for dynamic multicast routing. The TEA uses a novel link-duplicate-degree encoding, which can encode a multicast path in the link-duplicate-degree and decode the path as a link vector easily. A dynamic algorithm for adding nodes to or removing nodes from a multicast group and a repairing algorithm are also covered in this paper. As the TEA is based on global evaluation, the quality of the multicast path remains stabilized without degradation when multicast members change over time. Therefore, it is not necessary to rearrange the multicast path during the life cycle of the multicast sessions. Simulation results show that the TEA is efficient and convergent. 相似文献

The start of higher education of primary school teachers in 1959 marks a definitive step in a process. This training has had an effect on all areas. In terms of music training, different periods can be observed which appears during the full strategic change of the training. Professionals, however, have always tried to find the proper place for music which has to be fought for from time to time. Music education has never lost sight of the Kodaly concept in public education. We aim to prepare our students to internalize the abilities necessary to become a successful primary school teacher, keeping in mind the requirements of qualification for the major. In this process, the changes taken place in the Hungarian higher education were determinative. Music education practically has kept its place in general and special primary school teacher training. The major of primary school teacher is a definitive undergraduate course in the teacher training field. Its importance directly shows in public education. One of the crucial points of education should be the formation of values of schoolchildren. General education is a cultural level different in every society and age that a society sets as a standard for its members. The most significant aspects within this taking place in the educational system regarding to paper are overcoming the stereotypes and prejudices that are Roma children. In addition to this, there are couples of explorations which explain the way of how the Roma children are integrated and socialized within the school borders and more concrete within a class. In that context, it gives the marks, at the same time, the visions of the Roma students in creating a comfortable atmosphere where they would find themselves to be motivated and show their best optimal school results, as well as support and encouragement for their increased activity, motivation and initiative within the school. Also, the author presented some project experiences from Sweden and Macedonia. As a pattern of an informal education from Faculty of Pedagogy in Skopje, which is very interesting, offers possibilities for development of capabilities and awareness of unity, mutual respect, tolerance ethnic harmony and building up of the consciousness of the existence of the other, especially for Roma students. This research aims at developing a new fuzzy activity finish time estimation model for project scheduling management.With the application of the fuzzy quality function deployment （FQFD） and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process （FAHP） methods,the degree of fuzziness for every project activity is calculated in accordance with considerations of project uncertainties.These uncertainties are measured by the risk level of such project-related characteristics as time limit,activity start time,budget,manpower,technological difficulty,and facility requirements.In this paper,rather than applying the de-fuzzification technique to obtain the crisp activity duration for project scheduling,the fuzzy finish time estimation method for every activity is proposed based on the degree of fuzziness.The corresponding fuzzy activity duration time plot is also developed in a new fuzzy Gantt chart.The proposed model can provide a reasonable fuzzy finish time estimation for every activity,while most scheduling methods only provide the finish time of the entire project.Compared to existing models,this time estimation model and its corresponding Gantt chart are predicted to have higher reliability and practical application in project management and scheduling. 相似文献

In the future competition for IPO market among investment banks, the refined pricing ability will stand for the winner as prerequisite. Increasing accountability and efficiency in the use of public and out-of-pocket financing in education are critical to realizing the maximum impact of the meager allocations to education in most developing countries. While broad estimates and numbers are routinely collected by most national ministries and state departments of education, the lack of accuracy and reliability as well as the obtuse nature of recording and presentation of the data does not facilitate any serious policy use. A major advance in this area has been brought about by the development of NEA （National Education Accounts）, which is a new tool for measuring education expenditures in a systematic policy-~endly manner. In essence, NEAs measure the ＂financial pulse＂ of an education system, answering 4 key questions： Who is financing education？ How much do they spend？ How are funds distributed across different education providers, levels and activities？ Who benefits from or receives the services？ NEAs gather information on all spending from public, private and donor sources, and provide a snap-shot of all expenditures on education in the state or country. While not an auditing tool, it provides real time information on the flow of funds that can be used for evidence-based decision-making. It provides information to policy-makers, enabling them to discern systcm-wide inequities and identify areas that require changes in policy. In addition, the use of a standard classification of expenditures allows for data from NEAs to be comparable between and within countries. This paper provides an assessment of accountability and efficiency in the use of public and private resources in the education sector in 2 states of Nigeria. Using comparative data from implementation of education accounts in 2 states of Nigeria, it presents a breakdown of education spending by public and private sources as well as donor agencies, by types of providers, by geographical regions and by category of expenditures. It analyzes educational expenditures for the 2 states in the context of state government priorities for education, and proposes a novel way of tracking trends in education spending as a means for policy-makers to organize a strategic vision supported by resources and to evaluate the outcome of policies. 相似文献
