校企合作是一种以市场和社会需求为导向的办学运行机制,是学校和企业双方共同参与的人才培养过程,是体现高职院校办学特色的重要途径之一。脱离了企业,学校就没有了教学改革之源;离开了企业,教学改革就成为无源之水,必须多渠道、多模式地加强校企合作建设。通过校企合作,改革高职教育模式,形成高职教育特色,促进校企双方协同发展,进一步推动区域经济与社会可持续发展。高职院校校企合作创新模式要立足于发展区域经济,着重于培养具备可持续发展能力的高职人才、创新进程中更要完善法规体系,让校企合作成为新形势下学校和企业共同发展的战略要求。 相似文献

《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020）》指出,职业教育要调动行业企业的积极性,建立健全政府主导、行业指导、企业参与的办学机制,制定促进校企合作办学法规,推进校企合作制度化。鼓励行业组织、企业举办职业学校,鼓励委托职业学校进行职工培训,鼓励企业加大对职业教育的投入。因此,高职院校要高质量地完成为生产、建设、服务和管理一线培养高素质、技能型人才的培养任务,必须走产学研相结合、校企合作的发展之路。目前,我国的高职教育已经从数量的扩张转向了内涵建设,人才培养模式是否体现了高职教育的本质,直接决定着高职教育的质量。校企合作已经成为职业教育改革和发展的方向,成为培养高职实用人才的有效途径。不少高职院校在校企合作方面进行了大胆探索并取得了一些宝贵经验,但由于当前国内对高职院校校企合作办学的研究还不够深入,也没有形成可供推广的成功模式,距离真正理想的校企合作模式还有差距,在校企合作的过程中还存在一些困难和不足,需要广大教育工作者认真研究,加以解决。为此,本刊特意组织了＂高职院校校企合作办学模式＂系列笔谈,探讨高职院校校企合作办学模式的有关问题,以更好地促进高职院校校企合作人才培养模式的创新发展。 相似文献
