移动微型学习在成人继续教育领域方兴未艾,其趣味性、便捷性、实用性满足了新生代员工的学习需求。该研究通过对新生代员工需求调研、资源建设、平台搭建、教学设计、教学评价等五个环节的分析,基于可操作、易交互、共获益原则,利用微信公众平台构建了移动微型学习模式,强调移动微型学习研究从“技术”回归“学习”,重视现有平台及资源的整合、共建共享,使新生代员工开展移动微型学习变得简单、易行、有效。  相似文献

微型移动学习是比较适合当前文化的一种非正式学习方式,这一新型学习模式与成人学习者的学习特性具有较高的契合度。通过抽样问卷调查,从企业新生代员工自身学习体验出发,分析这一群体的微型学习方式偏好、学习活动分布、学习感知、影响因素、资源需求、学习设计及综合体验感等,发现企业新生代群体的微型学习处于自发、随意、零散的状态,无论是系统设计还是学习效果上具有较大提升和发展空间,需要从学习模式设计、资源开发、组织设计等方面将微型学习嵌入企业整体人力发展体系,从而有效提升新生代员工群体的职业能力和个体素质。  相似文献

新一代网络技术的发展与智能终端的普及改变了知识的分布和存储方式,革新了人的知识分享方式,催生了基于移动技术的微型学习。微型学习能够帮助企业员工开展随时随地的短时学习,促进企业内部更大范围的学习协作与知识分享,是保持和提高企业竞争优势的重要手段。企业微型学习的设计要充分考虑组织特征、学习者、微型内容、技术通道和学习评价等要素,通过前端分析、通道选择、内容设计、活动设计和评价设计几个阶段来完成。微型学习的评价可以借助企业学习平台,结合测试、问卷、历程分析等方法对学习者的反应层、学习层进行效果评估。  相似文献

对微型移动学习资源进行分类研究,是为了从终身学习的实用性目标、对学习的移动性要求、微型移动学习的特点、学习者的需求等方面,探究什么样的资源符合成人的随时随地学习需求,以指导其建设与应用.本文首先通过调查与分析,并根据成人学习的特点、微型学习的特点、移动终端的特点提出了分类的基本框架;接着从反映实时性用户需求角度综合了开放性分类维度.最后形成的微型移动学习资源分类,分别从学习用途、知识内容、学习活动等维度加以考虑,并为用户的实时需求预留了开放维度.  相似文献

微型移动学习是一种理想的非正式学习方式,能较好地满足成人的终身学习需求.但是,目前针对在移动情境下如何进行微型移动学习活动的设计还较少有人论及,而这些问题恰是决定着微型移动学习成功与否的关键.本文依据活动理论所提出的分析和理解人类活动的完整的理论架构,首先分析了微型移动学习活动系统的构成要素及其相互关系,然后论述了活动理论给微型移动学习活动设计带来的启示.在此基础上,构建了微型移动学习活动的设计框架,它主要包括六个环节:需求分析、核心要素设计、活动设计、活动中介设计、活动情境设计及活动评价设计,并对每个环节都进行了详细的分析说明,为基于活动理论的微型移动学习活动设计的开展提供了具体的、可操作的方法.  相似文献

Changes in the job market are affecting how employees view their current positions and careers leading to more employees (so-called ‘free agents’) developing portfolio careers. To maintain their long-term employability, free agents need to continually enhance and expand their expertise, knowledge-base, reputation and networks, and it has been argued that this will influence how employees view and approach their workplace learning. This article reports the findings of qualitative research aimed at exploring the free agent concept, the implications for workplace learning and the implications for human resource development (HRD) functions in organizations. The research used a convenience sample of 11 organizations from three continents, with data collected from senior HRD executives through telephone and face-toface interviews and e-mails. The results highlighted how some employees are changing their attitudes towards workplace learning, particularly those considered ‘high potential’ or working in ‘high tech’ positions. The research also identified how organizations are increasingly viewing learning as a means of attracting and retaining high quality employees, with implications for HRD functions in terms of a greater emphasis on delivery methods for learning beyond traditional training and greater emphasis on career development activities.  相似文献

Kentz provide opportunities for learning at all levels, ensuring that ‘no one is left behind’. This case study focuses on the development of leaders within Kentz, including utilizing action learning to align the development of people with the process of mobilizing people to effect change and turn strategy into effective action. The research sets out to identify the learning processes adopted by older workers in the hospitality and visitor attraction industry in Scotland, with a view to determining how employers may better support their education and training within enterprises. The study was undertaken as part of the ESRC project on ‘Sustaining the employability of older workers in the hospitality sector: personal learning strategies and cultures of learning’. The data collection period was from 2008–2010 and focused on six case studies; three in hospitality and three visitor attraction centres. The conceptual framework of the research is based upon the simple yet important notion of experience and how this enhances the learning lives of older employees. It will be argued that the learning processes used by older employees are primarily recognisable as social practices, based upon the utilisation of existing knowledge and skills. The analysis suggests that organisations should be encouraged to avoid using a ‘one size fits all’ approach to education and training and, in the case of older workers, to make more use of their past work and life experiences in order to facilitate their own and others’ learning.  相似文献

In the UK, the creative sector has been identified as a key strand in the economic recovery strategy. Composed of mostly micro and small enterprises often grouping together for particular commissions and projects, there is a tendency to operate primarily through a series of networks made up of peers. This paper presents the outcomes of a ‘peer-to-peer business programme’, or action learning set, involving 10 participants from the creative sector over a period of 6 months. The programme was based on a ‘Six-Squared’ model where participants would address their own needs alongside participating in, and developing further understanding of, action learning sets in order to establish sets with others. Assessment of outcomes indicated that the programme allowed participants to develop new skills with peers, network and strengthen relationships and collaborate in a university programme. The paper concludes by suggesting that, within the context of a growing and vibrant creative industries sector and increasing pressures on universities to engage with the business community, it is essential to develop flexible, peer-led and innovative models of collaboration.  相似文献

In this paper, it is argued that e‐learning environments are currently more like ‘buildings’, ie, learning spaces, rather than ‘schools’, ie, places for learning. The concepts originated from architecture and urban design, where they are used both to distinguish static spaces from inhabited places, and more importantly, as design objectives. The transformation from space to place is supported and enabled by social interactions between the (learning) community members. We argue that this distinction between the concepts explains some of the problems with current e‐learning systems and propose issues to consider when designing new systems. By acknowledging the importance and characteristics of a place, designers and researchers can justify the need and support for social interactions in learning space, consequently enabling social community building in e‐learning environments, and most importantly, supporting the development of a user‐friendly and motivating e‐learning place.  相似文献

This article examines the significance of how learning objects have come to be conceptualized and utilized, particularly in higher education. While many articles critique the term and its origins, an examination of the role metaphor plays in our conceptualization of ‘data’, ‘information’ and ‘learning objects’ helps us move beyond a fixation on the term to its promise and challenges. Although much has been written about how learning objects should be developed, accessed and stored, much less has been written about how they should be designed and used. This quest for understanding of the role learning objects will play in the future of learning leads to new strategies which encompass such issues as a reusability, knowledge management, efficient infrastructure design and innovative course design.  相似文献
