采用文献调研、问卷调查、访谈调查、实地调查、逻辑分析等研究方法,根据泉州市农民体育健身工程建设总体数量和分布,抽取30个受赠单位中的12个行政村,就健身工程建设和政府职能等对175名文体局干部、村干部、村民进行调查研究．结果表明：农民体育健身工程是政府为农村提供体育公共产品职能的体现,得到了广大村民的认同;权责划分不清,多元协同机制缺失,基层职能部门弱化和缺乏服务意识等,是农民健身工程建设中政府公共服务职能存在主要问题．提出应明确各级政府公共服务职责,建立农民体育健身工程联动机制和领导机制,构建农村体育公共产品供给的多元社会支持机制及农村体育公共产品需求的表达机制,是政府在实施农民体育健身工程中的主要公共服务职能。 相似文献

Physical education can be a powerful influence on promoting youth physical activity (PA). This review describes correlates of youth PA, examines how these factors have been targeted in physical education (PE) based interventions, and makes suggestions for PE pedagogy to promote PA. Perceived physical competence, enjoyment of PA, intention, direct help and support from parents and significant others, and opportunities to be active were consistently associated with youth PA. The large-scale PE-based PA promotion programs that were successful in increasing out-of-school PA applied a pedagogical framework targeting variables associated with motivation (i.e., perceived competence, enjoyment of PA, self-determination). PE based interventions should continue to address the nature of activities, but also utilize pedagogy that promotes psychological determinants of student motivation. 相似文献

This paper, which was given as the Dudley Allen Sargent lecture at the 2012 conference of the National Association for Kinesiology and Physical Education in Higher Education, discusses the politics of physical education. It examines how both national politics and local/campus politics affect the discipline. Drawing from the history of national leaders from both the Republican and Democratic parties and from the autobiography of Dudley Sargent, it demonstrates the important role that politics plays in the lives of Kinesiology and Physical Education professionals. I attempt to provide a framework for the subsequent position papers by offering perceptions about the nature of motor learning research and various factors affecting its focus, quality, and depth. Historical antecedents and present conditions help to explain the course that the motor learning specialization is taking, with implications for the potential meaningfulness of the research to pedagogy and to the advancement of a body of knowledge. A number of variables confound the analysis, including the identification and growth of specializations referred to as motor control and sport psychology (and their interpreted relationship to motor learning), the ability to determine what in fact constitutes motor learning research, the judgment as to what research is user friendly (of potential benefit to physical educators), and the question as to who is responsible for making practical sense of the literature: the scholar or the practitioner. 相似文献
