大学生综合素质测评作为一种学生评价制度,已经成为大学生评奖评优及毕业就业的重要依据和参照。本研究依据筛选理论,使用调查数据实证分析了体育院校学生综合素质测评与学习成绩的相关性。实证结果表明,在控制了其他因素后,学生学习成绩、所学专业及所在院系对学生综合素质测评成绩有显著性影响。据此,本研究提出了建立符合体育院校特点的测评体系、完善测评方法及加强学生学风建设的建议。 相似文献

大学生综合素质在学生就业中发挥着重要作用,对其进行评价有着重要的实际意义.由于各测评指标之间往往缺少可比性,所以常见的一些测评方法都未能十分合理地反映出学生综合素质的优劣,而多层次灰色系统评价方法可以把相互间互补的不可比的指标变成可比的,能够克服常见测评方法的不足,尤其是对多指标系统的评价更为有效.本文讨论了多层次灰色系统评价模型在大学生综合素质评价中的应用,数据分析表明,评价结果符合实际,说明该方法是可行有效的. 相似文献

Students’ time expenditures influence their learning and development. This study used latent profile analysis to identify a taxonomy of how first-year students spend their time using a large multi-institution sample. We identified four time usage patterns by first-year students titled Balanced, Involved, Partiers, and Parents. Sex, expected major field, on-campus residency, age, Greek-life membership, and standardized test scores were predictive of students’ time use patterns. Holding a range of student and institutional factors constant, members of the involved group, on average, reported higher levels of engagement than the Balanced group, while Partiers reported lower levels of engagement. Implications for policy and practice are discussed. 相似文献

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine which of 13 giftedness identification measures discriminated between gifted and non-gifted students, and to explore whether these measures discriminated against gifted students in groups such as the economically disadvantaged and/or ethnic minorities. The investigated variables took the form of a design where the dependent measures were the 13 identification measures and the independent variable was 3 levels or groups of second- and third-grade students. Discriminate and classification analyses were the statistical techniques used to respond to the questions of the study. Measures of scholastic aptitude, giftedness potential assessment (learning and creativity), student peer identification, and locus of control were found to be sensitive discriminators of giftedness. Giftedness potential assessment-creativity and learning, basic skills-math, and locus of control were found to discriminate least among economically disadvantaged and/or minority students. Measures of teacher judgmental, student self, and parent perceptual identification appeared to be insensitive discriminators of giftedness and seemed to be somewhat biased toward economically disadvantaged and/or minority students. 相似文献

This paper describes an Elder Specialist Program developed by one school of medicine to sensitize medical students to geriatric psychosocial issues. Elder Specialists participate in panel discussions as part of each geriatric session. As an alternative to traditional senior mentoring programs, the Elder Specialist Program provides all students a consistent experience and enlightens students to the heterogeneity of the older adult population. Cost of the Elder Specialist Program is minimal. Without exception, the Elder Specialist component of each geriatric session has been rated by students as the highest. Measures of attitudes toward older adults are showing a positive trend. 相似文献
