康德的一元准则义务论伦理学是在扬弃斯宾诺莎理性功利论伦理学的基础上形成的。斯宾诺莎关于道德的基础——理性、道德目的性与手段性的统一,道德可普遍化、理性功利主义应容准则义务论的思想虽然被康德所认同、秉承、继承和吸取,可是康德对伦理学的目的、出发点、价值取向、善恶之介定、伦理学之归宿的认识与斯宾诺莎有原则分野。斯宾诺莎和康德对道德判断、道德推理、道德行为路线选择、道德评价、道德原则、自由意志与责任、人生与幸福等问题的揭示,有其历史的贡献与局限。 相似文献

康德是义务论的代表,但他的思想中包含着丰富的德性伦理的思想。在他的《道德形而上学》中伦理学就等同于德性论。康德通过对德性、幸福、道德情感等德性伦理学所关注的问题的探讨,将道德原则置于一个重要的位置。并指明道德原则不只是针对个别行为,也可以针对生活的整体,这又与德性伦理学关注生活整体的倾向接近。以此至少表明了康德伦理学并不是极端的义务论,而是和德性伦理学有诸多相通之处。 相似文献
