首先,本文对开放式基金的流动性风险进行定义和分类,强调开放式基金流动性风险属于第二类,即基金不能提供充分的流动性以满足投资者赎回要求的风险。明确指出开放式基金流动性风险具有自动形成机制和自我放大机制,分析了该机制形成过程与原因。其次,从更为宏观的角度指出开放式基金的资金集中过程,本质上是投资决策的集中过程,该过程可以称之为投资决策的有序化过程。作为整体的开放式基金,对市场的作用方向有趋同性,作用力度十分明显,投资组合的羊群效应广泛存在。开放式基金在决策有序化、对市场作用方向趋同性、投资组合羊群效应的共同作用下,对整个股票市场价格运动发生影响。最后,文章有针对性地提出了对策（下文中“基金”或“开放式基金”表示开放式证券投资基金）。 相似文献

有效的治理结构有益于防范道德风险,不同的委托代理方式对防范道德风险具有一定的作用和意义。我国目前开放式基金的治理结构中存在的问题:一是存在着内部人控制;二是基金持有人利益代表缺位。因此,我国基金业隐含着较大的道德风险。我国基金治理结构的改进:一是构建以"受托人委员会"为核心的治理结构;二是处理好独立董事、受托人与托管人之间的关系;三是避免基金当事人之间的"共谋",即建立相应的利益—风险机制。 相似文献

开放式基金规模是基金管理的重要内容,对基金绩效产生重要影响,因此研究我国开放式基金规模问题具有较强的现实意义。在分析开放式基金规模与绩效关系的基础上,构建了开放式基金适度规模测度方法,并运用48只开放式基金数据进行实证分析。研究表明,中国开放式基金收益率与基金规模呈现二次曲线变动关系,开放式基金规模并非越大越好,而是存在适度的规模。根据经济适度规模分析思想,得出中国开放式基金适度规模。 相似文献

观察发达国家的成功经验，作为一种金融创新投资品种，开放式基金对证券市场乃至整个金融业的良性发展均起着重要作用。然而，我国自2001年9月11日第一只开放式基金面世以来，发行状况远未达到预期效果，开放式基金的内在能量也远未得到充分释放。鉴于此，本文从五个方面探究了导致我国开放式基金发行遭“冷遇”的制约因素：即基金管理公司对开放式基金的营销意识不高，营销理念不先进；开放式基金费率设计不尽合理；开放式基金产品定位不尽科学；交易渠道相对不便利；投资者的投资意识不浓。 相似文献
