教师培训是基础教育课程改革的需要,是教师专业化发展的需要,是教师自身素质提高的需要。针对教师培训的特殊性和当前培训存在的问题,本文试图从知识管理的角度建构培训支持平台,通过知识的共享机制实现隐性知识的显性化,从而最大程度支持教师培训中集体智慧的形成。文章最后就知识管理功能模型、系统架构和多代理构建提出了设计方案。  相似文献

透过对王品集团之员工进行问卷调查,探讨王品集团的智慧资本,是否经由组织内所拥有之知识分享平台,对于员工的工作满意造成影响。并对回收之有效问卷进行分析,王品集团内部所拥有之智慧资本,对于员工的知识分享程度与工作满意度皆有正向之影响。另外,在王品集团内知识分享程度越高,员工的工作满意度越高。而组织创造竞争优势之智慧资本,可经由知识分享平台将组织的知识进行移转,使员工的工作满意度增加。知识分享平台可为组织带来的效益,并成为组织创造价值之因素。  相似文献

文章根据文献资料和调查研究成果,从知识共享的基本概念、目的动机、过程模式、影响因素四个方面对知识共享的本质与规律进行了比较深入的分析。文章认为知识包括显性知识与隐性知识两个部分,其中隐性知识是个人知识的主要部分。知识共享是在显性知识与隐性知识的不断相互转化中实现的。知识共享效果的好坏受到知识共享主体特点、内容特征和"共享场"环境条件的影响与制约,更多地重视隐性知识、强化显性知识与隐性知识的相互转化、为知识共享创造良好的环境条件是促进知识共享的关键。文章的研究将有利于更好地认识知识共享的本质,克服知识共享的障碍,更加有效地利用知识共享的规律促进知识的传播、创新和应用。  相似文献

In this paper, techniques from the research field of knowledge management are used to improve the maturity of the Computer Based Training (CBT) development process at an IT-oriented organization involved in producing courseware. The project team is facilitated with a knowledge-sharing solution that enables them to unambiguously define their project process, and link templates and best practices to the activities in that process. In addition, a virtual discussion room is provided for them to share new insights. Results from measurement experiments indicate more positive project experiences with projects that used the knowledge-sharing solution.  相似文献

Active and voluntarily sharing of knowledge is an essential element of effective and meaningful learning at university level. Recognising the role and importance of Big Five personality traits (extraversion, conscientiousness, agreeableness, emotional stability and openness) in encouraging knowledge-sharing behaviour, this paper adds the classroom (instructor support and degree of competition) and technological factors (technology availability and support) to model general knowledge-sharing patterns. Survey instrument was used to collect from six private and six public universities in Malaysia. Out of 700 surveys distributed, 474 data were used for analysis representing the response rate of 67.71%. Extraversion, conscientiousness, instructor support, degree of competition and technology support are found to have positive relationship with knowledge-sharing patterns. However, emotional stability is found to have negative relationship. A practical implication of these results is that instructors could advance knowledge sharing via personnel screening in forming assignment groups in their class as well as providing sufficient support and technology support to promote knowledge sharing among students.  相似文献

The sharing of teaching-related knowledge may help teachers solve a variety of problems that they face, and the appropriate use of online knowledge-sharing activities is expected to assist teachers' knowledge-sharing. This study proposed an online knowledge-sharing discussion activity, integrated with a problem-solving strategy for teachers. Empirical observations are noted. The participants were 495 teachers, and quantitative content analysis, sequential analysis, and qualitative original protocol analysis were used to explore the content and patterns of teachers' discussion behavior. The study identified influences on and limitations of knowledge-sharing in the activity, from which suggestions were generated to be proposed to teacher educators.  相似文献

The platform of distributed design and resource sharing is important for medium-sized and small companies in developing products to improve competitiveness. As a background of creative product design, a knowledge model based on product collaborative innovation development of products (CIDP) is proposed. Characteristics of CIDP are analyzed, and the framework and key technologies of the CIDP-plafform based knowledge studied. Through integration of existing system and interface designs, a development platform has been built to support the PCID within knowledge-based engineering (KBE). Leadership style has been suggested as an important factor affecting knowledge management in organizations. Transformational leadership has been acknowledged as having a positive general influence on knowledge management. However, there is a lack of empirical studies examining the relationship between transformational leadership and knowledge sharing in higher education within developing countries such as Iraq. This research seeks to evaluate the impact of the four components of transformational leadership, namely idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration, on knowledge sharing (both donating and collecting). Two hundred and fifty usable questionnaires were collected from public higher education institutions in Iraq. Structural equation modelling with AMOS 22 confirms the importance of transformational leadership in encouraging knowledge-sharing culture in higher education. The results reveal that, of the four components of transformational leadership, intellectual stimulation has the strongest effect on both the donating and collecting of knowledge. Guidelines are developed for academics as well as leaders, and evidence is provided in support of the use of transformational leadership to promote knowledge sharing within higher education in developing countries, particularly Iraq. The implications of the findings, along with some potential applications and suggestions for future research, are discussed.  相似文献
