改革开放以来,我国基础教育质量监测与评价体系经历了以督导评估为依托的萌芽期(1978—2001)、开展教育质量监测的探索和试点期(2002—2014)和监测与评价体系的建设和完善期(2015至今)三个阶段。尽管在价值定位、监测内容、组织实施、结果应用、运行体系等方面取得了一些基本经验,但同时在监测与评价体系建设中也存在一些问题和挑战。基于对历史演进、基本经验和现存问题的分析,基础教育质量监测与评价体系的未来走向需要全面体现和贯彻党的教育方针、宏观调控教育督导定位以发挥监测职能、从监测机构设立走向各级监测体系的内涵建设,并推动信息技术与监测评价的深度融合。  相似文献

世界各国在构建基础教育监测体系上纷纷做着积极的探索并积累了丰富的经验。国外基础教育监测体系的构建以"消除教育不公平"为核心理念,遵循"循证决策"的监测取向,推动实现监测权力的去中心化和监测主体的多元化。基于此,国外基础教育监测体系立足于三大观测点进行监测,即学生发展质量、教师队伍质量和学校办学质量,并凸显了监测方式的可持续性、监测工具的标准化和监测标准的连贯性。国外有益经验为我国基础教育监测体系的"高质量"建设提供了一定的借鉴,主要包括四个方面:建立督政、督学、督评一体化的运行机制;赋权学校,激发办学主体的积极性与能动性;以教育监测信息化引领教育改革现代化;将"一贯式"测评结果作为完善监测体系的主要依据。  相似文献

生态旅游区大多依存各种类型的保护区。生态旅游区的生态环境监测不同于保护区的生态环境监测,是加入旅游系统的生态环境监测和包括人类及自然的综合性监测。生态旅游区生态环境监测项目包括非生命系统、生命系统和人文系统三部分。生态旅游区生态环境监测的方法,有地面监测技术和“3S”技术等,二者各有优劣,可以综合利用。广西花坪国家级自然保护区是典型的生态旅游区,其生态环境监测指标体系和监测方法对其他生态旅游区具有一定的示范意义。  相似文献

We examined the latent structure of metacognitive monitoring judgments using hierarchical confirmatory factor analysis to compare five competing theoretical models with respect to domain-specific versus domain-general monitoring processes. We expected our results to support a domain-general monitoring model. Of the five models, the domain general monitoring model provided the best fit. In this model, level-1 domain-specific accuracy and error factors for each of the three tests loaded on second-order domain-general accuracy and error factors, which then loaded on a third-order general monitoring factor. This model suggest that metacognitive monitoring consists of two different types of cognitive processes, one that is associated with accurate monitoring judgments, and one that is associated with error in monitoring judgments. We discuss the theoretical and practical instructional implications of our findings.  相似文献

In the present study, primary school children’s ability to give accurate confidence judgments (CJ) was addressed, with a special focus on uncertainty monitoring. In order to investigate the effects of memory retrieval processes on monitoring judgments, item difficulty in a vocabulary learning task (Japanese symbols) was manipulated. Moreover, as a first exploratory step to uncover fast and retrieval bound (implicit) monitoring processes that take place before explicit CJ are openly reported, fixation time allocation during recognition and monitoring was recorded with an eye-tracking device. Results revealed developmental progression in uncertainty (but not in certainty) monitoring between the age of 7 and 9 years. Differences in CJ across levels of item difficulty point to a substantial impact of retrieval processes on 9-yr-olds’ but not on 7-yr-olds’ monitoring. Eye-tracking data revealed an overall bias towards medium and high CJ, and confirmed evidence on developmental progression in monitoring skills.  相似文献

当前世界各国的基础教育质量监测目标越来越指向国际竞争;监测内容转向学生能力的发掘;监测方法与技术日渐科学化;突出和强调监测的反拨作用。而我国的基础教育监测普遍存在着监测内容不全面、监测机构不独立、监测范围不广等问题。借鉴国际经验,立足本国国情,我国的基础教育质量监测应进一步加强国际交流与合作、建立独立于教育行政体系的监测中介机构、深化评价制度改革、制订教育质量国家标准,从而推动国家基础教育的改革与发展,抢占国家未来发展的战略先机。  相似文献

This study investigates the impact of evidentiality on source monitoring and the impact of source monitoring on false belief understanding (FBU), while controlling for short-term memory, age, gender, and receptive vocabulary. One hundred (50 girls) monolingual 3- and 4-year-olds from Turkey and the UK participated in the study in 2019. In Turkish, children's use of direct evidentiality predicted their source monitoring skills, which, in turn, predicted their FBU. In English, FBU was not related to source monitoring. Combined results from both languages revealed that Turkish-speaking children had better FBU than English-speaking children, and only for Turkish-speaking children, better source monitoring skills predicted better FBU. This suggests an indirect impact of evidentiality on FBU by means of source monitoring in Turkish.  相似文献

To investigate students' self‐monitoring practice and effects of educational level and task importance on self‐monitoring, 510 students, varying in educational level from elementary through graduate school, reported the self‐monitoring strategies they employed in three learning situations with different levels of task importance. The study identified six self‐monitoring strategies used by students but found a low involvement in self‐monitoring at all educational levels. It was found that older students used more complex self‐monitoring strategies more frequently than younger students. The study also showed that students' self‐monitoring increased with task importance. The self‐monitoring deficiencies that students experienced in difficult learning tasks were attributed to the lack of a system of self‐monitoring. Educational applications of teaching self‐monitoring strategies and developing self‐monitoring systems for difficult learning tasks were discussed.  相似文献

In STEM education, a thorough understanding of the interaction of self-efficacy and metacognitive monitoring behaviors is needed to refine theories and inform the design of instructional supports for students with varying levels of motivation and self-regulation skills. We examined how students' (n = 1063) exam scores in an undergraduate life science course were influenced by their self-efficacy and online metacognitive monitoring behaviors by integrating variable-centered and person-centered approaches. In a semester-long study, students' self-efficacy judgements made at the end of the semester were stronger predictors of students' final exam performance than those made at the beginning of the semester. Results further suggested that the influence of self-efficacy on exam scores decreased as online monitoring behaviors increased. Students’ prior GPA predicted membership in three latent profiles indicated by 1) high self-efficacy with high metacognitive monitoring activity; 2) high self-efficacy with low metacognitive monitoring activity; and 3) low self-efficacy with low metacognitive monitoring activity. Learners with high self-efficacy and high monitoring activity outperformed those with high self-efficacy and low monitoring, who outperformed those with low self-efficacy and low monitoring on exams.  相似文献
