介绍企业战略联盟与企业反竞争情报的概况,分析企业战略联盟中存在的竞争情报风险,从关键信息评估和分析、反竞争情报策略组合配置以及效果评测与反馈入手构建企业战略联盟反竞争情报模型体系,从人力资源、合法结构、联盟流程3个方面构建企业战略联盟反竞争情报机制。最后提出企业战略联盟反竞争情报实施对策。
Abstract:
This paper describes the status quo of the enterprise strategic alliance and the enterprise defense competitive intelligence,and analyzes the risk of competitive intelligence in the enterprise strategic alliance.Proceeding from the perspective of key information assessment and analysis,combination and collocation of defense competitive intelligence strategies,and effectiveness evaluation and feedback,the paper constructs the defense competitive intelligence model of the enterprise strategic alliance.The paper also constructs the defense competitive intelligence mechanism of the enterprise strategic alliance from the aspects of human resources,legal structure and alliance flow.Finally,the paper proposes some countermeasures for the defense competitive intelligence of the enterprise strategic alliance.  相似文献

本文描述了竞争情报与知识管理的内涵及异同点,进而探讨基于知识管理的竞争情报过程,阐明了知识管理对竞争情报的影响,强调必须把竞争情报与知识管理融合起来,才能提高组织决策的效率。在竞争情报过程的基础上,构架了基于竞争情报系统、知识管理系统和信息系统三者为一体的企业决策过程结构模型,并提出企业应建立企业情报知识库,强调只有重视对企业情报知识库的建设,才能真正确立起企业的竞争优势。
Abstract:
This paper describes the concepts of competitive intelligence and knowledge management as well as their similarities and differences.The paper further discusses the competitive intelligence process based on knowledge management,clarifies the influence of knowledge management on competitive intelligence,and emphasizes that only by integrating competitive intelligence with knowledge management can the decision-making efficiency of the organization be improved.Based on the competitive intelligence process,the paper constructs a structural model of enterprise decision-making process,which integrates the competitive intelligence system,the knowledge management system and the information system into one.The paper proposes that the enterprise should establish the intelligence and knowledge base,and emphasizes that only by attaching importance to the construction of the enterprise intelligence and knowledge base can the competitive advantage of the enterprise be really established.  相似文献

Two methods for the construction of competitive intelligence systems - independence and outsourcing, are compared. Problems existing therein are pointed out. Based on the theoretical study and practical application of competitive intelligence systems in China,this article puts forward an idea about the alliance between enterprises and institutions of high learning to construct competitive intelligence systems. 本文通过引入竞争情报分析的二象性特性,即竞争情报分析既是分析性活动,又是解释性活动,从波粒二象性的视角看,分析性活动是形成竞争情报价值或者能量的聚集过程。解释性活动是将分析出的竞争情报的能量或者价值还原于原始竞争情报资料之中,验证其能量或价值是否真实地分布于原始竞争情报资料之中。在此基础上,探讨了竞争情报分析的分析性活动与解释性活动的层次,并指出其业务流向,最后提出了竞争情报分析的二象性空间概念。
Abstract:
By introducing the duality properties of competitive intelligence analysis,that is,competitive intelligence analysis is both an analytical activity and an interpretative activity,this paper holds that the analytical activity is an accumulation process of competitive intelligence value or energy from the perspective of wave-particle duality.Interpretative activity is to restore the energy or value of the competitive intelligence into the original competitive intelligence,and to verify whether the energy or value of the competitive intelligence is truly distributed in the original competitive intelligence.On this basis,the paper discusses the hierarchies of the analytical activities and interpretative activities,and points out the business flow of competitive intelligence analysis.Finally,the paper puts forward the spatial pattern of duality of competitive intelligence analysis.  相似文献

Abstract:
As to how to effectively control the quality of the competitive intelligence analysis system in its development,this article,based on the CMM theory,introduces the accrescent maturity model,and then analyzes its basic principle.At the same time,the article discusses the role and value of the model on the implementation of the competitive intelligence analysis system.Finally,the article anatomizes the model in depth and designs the model in an attempt to flexibly control and regulate the development process of the competitive intelligence analysis system to further optimize the efficiency of the whole competitive intelligence system.  相似文献
